Order purchased or delivered to wrong game id can not be refunded or redelivered to the correct game id as there is no such technical possibility for it. Be more careful next time you enter your account number and verify the details at both the entry and confirmation stage.
But If your order is still undelivered and lies in " Delivery exception " status then submit a ticket to us for making the delivery to correct game id.
