If your purchased order status has been updated to " FAILED " but your payment was completed and debited from your account then please check the account statement first whether its being refunded already or not.
If its not refunded then submit a ticket to us with proper detailed payment voucher screenshots having clearly mentioned reference number and other details and we look for the resolution for your query.
Note : Order Status can be checked in your order history under your JollyMax Profile or in the JollyMax Receipt provided to your mail address.
