For Direct Top-Up, please verify that the game ID or destination number provided during purchase is correct.
For CD Key Code / Voucher Purchase, ensure that the email ID entered during the purchase is accurate.
If there is an error in the game ID, destination number, or email ID, or if all details are correct but you still haven’t received your purchase, please [click here] to submit a service ticket to our support team for resolution.

If you were not logged in your JollyMax account while making the purchase:
- For Direct Top-Up:
Check your email inbox for the purchase receipt, which contains details about the game ID or destination number and order ID.
If you haven’t received a receipt, provide us with the email ID used during purchase along with the payment receipt to help resolve the issue.
- For CD Key Code / Voucher Purchase :
If you are unsure whether you provided the correct email ID and have not received the code, please raise a ticket with:
- A detailed payment voucher
- The email ID used during the purchase
